For bespoke order :

You will receive an email with the tracking number within 15 days after you ordered on our website.

For other products :

You will receive an e-mail with the tracking number within 3 to 10 days after you ordered on our website.

For shipping in the U.S :

You may encounter additional taxes and duties from the carrier as the shipping of leather products such as Alligator, Crocodile, lizard, ostrich and python products require special custom declaration.

For shipping in Thailand :

Please give your passport number to facilitate the shipping.
