115/75mm (4.53/2.95 inches) for 16,5 to 18,5cm (6.3 to 7.3") wrist circumference (size M).

125/85mm (4.92/3.35 inches) for 18,5 et 20,5cm (7.3 to 8") wrist circumference (size L).
